Every holiday season the Lewistown Area Chamber of Commerce showcases downtown Lewistown during the annual Christmas Stroll. This year's event is set for Friday & Saturday, November 28 & 29, 2025.

A central Montana tradition, the Christmas Stroll is a fun-filled downtown activity that brings the community together to spread the festive holiday spirit.  The downtown event includes all day shopping, firepits & s'mores, Jaycees brunch, community tree lighting, Christmas caroling, Santa Shuffle fun run, Christmas book sale, Santa & Mrs Claus appearances, window decorating, and so much more!

The Christmas parade happens on Friday, rolling down Main St at 5:30pm on Friday evening.  Lineup is on 7th Ave in front of the Library.  Following the parade, many of the floats will continue to the Fairgrounds to be included at Bright Country Nights, which starts at 6:00pm on Friday and 5:00pm on Saturday.

One of the most anticipated events of the Stroll, the Chamber Bucks Drawing, happens twice this year!  Both Friday and Saturday will include the drawing - Friday at 7:00pm at True Value and again on Saturday at 5:30pm in the Lewistown Insurance parking lot.  Chamber businesses on and around Main Street have holiday boxes and signup slips on their counters. Write your name and number on the slip and put it in the box for a chance to win one of four $250 drawings for Chamber Bucks.  Two winners will be drawn each night.
